Aftershot Pro3 Green Files

Hi There!

My issue is...

When i open the program and open the folder that i want to work on.
I see the RAW photos for a split second and then the file/files turn green. Sometimes the whole album will or just a few files. This doesn't happen all the time.
I can open the exact same green RAW files in my PSP 2020 and work in there and they are not green, so i know they are NOT corrupted files or the card is trash.

I previously had Aftershot3 standard and it also did it in that one as well. I spoke to many people in Corel and they are No Help.
I just purchased Pro3 thinking it wouldn't happen but i was wrong .Hoping someone can help me, I'm at a loss my next step with Corel will be asking for a refund of this one and just stay with my Standard, no point paying for something that isn't working.

There are similar issues reported with Canon cr2 files and some other raw editors, not just ASP3.What happens if you use Paint Shop pro 2023 with the built in aftershot LAB?

They do work in the built in Camera RAW Lab in my PSP PRO 2020 Ultimate

In that case, as ASP3 has not been updated for many many years, and Corel obviously has no intentions of updating it, request a refund as it clearly has issues with your camera format that cannot be addressed.

Darktable is reported to be as good as Lightroom and has the advantage of being totally free, but I'd suggest watching some tutorial videos first as it looks a bit strange to begin with ( but it is powerful).
Alternatively, check out a few try before you buy such as on1 or Affinity, but they are expensive.
