Hi
Can someone out there help me, I'm running Windows 10 64 bit and I have Corel Paintshop Pro Ultimate 2021 installed.
I don't know what's happened but every time I open the program I now keep getting the welcome splash screen below is how Iv'e tried to stop it from happening:
File
Preferences
General Program Prefernces
Miscellaneous
Then I unchecked Show Splash Screen When Application Starts
OK
I'm a silver surfer so I'd really appreciate it if some kind soul could give me a blow by blow account on how to stop the splash screen from opening.
My thanks to anyone who can advise
Clive

Re: Deactivate Welcome Splash Screen
Yes, that's annoying. I followed your steps and it's working for me. Maybe a reboot of the PC?

As with most things, if it's not working as expected try resetting the workspace - https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?t=67616

Re: Deactivate Welcome Splash Screen
Hi
Are you referring to the Splash Screen that shows on our desktop whilst the program launches.
Once the program opens, by default shows the Welcome Screen.
Splash screen and Welcome screen being two separate views
We can now choose the Complete workspace and Edit tab.
Once set the program will then open in the Complete workspace.
I am not on my pc so the above is from memory, else I would attach an image.

Trevor brings up a good point. Are you referring to the Splash Screen or the Welcome Screen? Here are examples.
