Corel MotionStudio 3D Problem

Hi there
I have a problem executing my Corel MotionStudio 3D after a complete installation
on Windows 7 ultimate a message appear (Error:38 - Corel MotionStudio 3D files have been damaged or modified .Pls reinstall your original source.) look at the attached picture M1
my Installation CD is New, i don't know how the files can be damaged or modified,note that i installed the same program on other pc with windows 8 it worked properly
so pls help me solving the problem.

From memory, this error is caused by the Protexis Licensing Service not being found by the installer

Its a while since the original poster, pity there was no reply to allow us to follow this up.....

You do not say what you have tried in order to fix the error
Have you tried re-installing the program? If so then that should fix any Protexis issues mentioned by Robert
