Hello jaxman43,

If you're more into graphics, it would be best that you use Corel Draw Graphics Suite X5, you can download a free trial via http://www.corel.com/trials.

But you can also follow these simple tutorial using WARP MESH tool of PSP X3:

The vector tools have not been touched after Corel bought PSP which is a shame.

You could convert the vector layer to a raster layer and then use the Mesh Warp Tool, but it is a fiddle.
I use Xara Designer 6 to shape text (a lot less expensive than CorelDraw, faster and better), but you can do this in Word, using WordArt.
