I just upgraded from VS Pro5 to VS Pro 6. Will not launch.
Get error msg "Screen resolution size is not sufficient to launch the application"
Screen resolution is currently set at 1366 x 768 which is "recommended" I have reset resolution and restarted with each attempt at changing resolution... still get message...
Suggestions???
Not a happy camper... Seems they should be sophisticated enough to check that system is set properly.... and if not, to give information on how to correct. Frustrated.

Hi tethomps
and welcome to the forums….
Sorry you are having problems installing the program
To be honest I am not sure what to suggest, its not something that is reported……… I assume you have increased the screen resolution as 1366 x 768 is quite low.
Are you able to run VS X5 ok?
OK
Some things to consider/try…
Are you installing as Administrator?
Have you purchased the Disc version or Download version.?
If disc try copying the files to the pc and install from there.
If download, are you able to download again, just incase you have a corrupt file.
Are you able to contact Corel under the 90 day free support as you say “just upgraded”
Create a new user account and install from that, after which the account can be removed.
Have you installed the latest windows update?
Is your graphics drivers up to date?

Hi tethomps
There have been some issues raised regarding a screen resolution using 1366 x 768
Setting the Desktop display above 100% to 125 % has caused some problems.
Right click the desktop and choose Personalize
Then choose Display, I see it bottom left
Have you set the options above 100%
