What Software Do I Need?

I tried ULEAD DVD Movie Factory and it didn't quite work..

Nor did Windows Movie Maker as you can't add chapter selections.

Basically, I wanna import my video footage from my video camera, edit it a bit (take out cetain frames/scenes), add some text/images/audio and most of all add a chapter selection part so when you insert the DVD, it gives you the play options (PLAY | CREDITS | EXTRAS) etc.

Any recommendations?

Is VideoStudio the program I need?

Download the trial version of Video Studio and give it a try.

dynamix, YES - you can do everything you describe with VideoStudio. But since which software one uses is often a personal bias, to see if VS is the program you want to use I also suggest downloading the trial.
