What setting do I set the mpeg settings to on the quality level in WINTV? Right now I have it set on mpeg2 12.0mbit/sec (CBR). Before this the picture was very grainy, when I used Videoredo to Movie factory 4.

We have the Wintv250 hooked up via 25' of "S" video and RCA to sub from the sattalite box to the PC and the 250card.
