uvmpeg2.dll

I have DVD MF 2 and 3 and can not use any of them. In the last 3 months I have been getting this error and on DVD MF 2 it is caused by mpeg2.dll and on 3 it is caused by uvmpeg2.dll.

Error message:
AppName: dvdmf.exe AppVer: 4.0.0.0 ModName: uvmpeg2.dll
ModVer: 4.0.0.0 Offset: 0001d5b2

The only thing that I have done is to install Twinhan DVB card which uses Ulead's drivers to burn dvd's. This program has been removed from the computer.

I have tried every conceivable way to fix this. Please help me get my DVD Movie Factory back.
