CD & DVD Pictureshow 4 Crashes

I downloaded the software from the website yesterday. I get nearly a full DVD worth of pictures and after it compiles the slideshow, it craters. I have an HP Lightscribe 640i. Can't seem to figure out what the issue is. Tried removing and re-installing the software. Of course, no one is in today to help with tech support. Any ideas??
