Photo Explorer Crashes

Nature of the problem

I've PhotoExplorer 8.0 SE Basic. WHen I'm working with MPEG4 movie files the program crashes. It seems to happen only when previsulaitation is active in the slide window. The Error box describes a memory error in the library ulspmp4.ax.
¿Could anyone help me?

WinXP SE. ( I have the same problen with MovieFactory 3.5 SE )
