Auto Music Failure

Post by Raw75sy »

I somehow have lost my automusic capability. When I select the automusic tab everything is blanked out (unselectable). I've tried to reinstall several times to no avail. When I tried to uninstall SmartSound seperately the uninstaller failed. Extremely frustrating...

Raw75sy,

Go to http://www.smartsound.com/support/qxpar ... pdate.html and download the update. There is also a link at the bottom for Troubleshooting in case you're have other problems.

firstly check the following location to ensure your sound files are present
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SmartSound Software Inc\Sound Files

If they are then open Video Studio
Go to the Audio Tab and then AutoMusic
Click the icon next to "Smartsound Quicktracks"
Check the folders tab and make sure the above folder is selected.
Click the "About" tab
then click "Rebuild Smartsound Libraries"
