Whats the actual contents in the +460MB content packs?

Can any1 help me understand whats in that huge package? Is it both effects and templates or what? Have just installed the TBYB of VS9.

If you're using the TBYB version you won't be able to download/use the extra content. But yes it has menu templates, SmartMusic, effects, etc.
