Error Message with burning a slideshow

When I attempt to burn a slideshow on DVD I get the following error message:

Failed to render the slideshow into a video file.

I was able to produce a slideshow with the trial version, but not since registerred the program. I did reinstall the software but I stll have the same problem.

Any ideas?
