registration of new product not possible

I'm trying to register my product (studio 9), but I'm not able to do so.
I signed up for account, but I'm not able to login with this account.

I always get error (something with session variales) from ulead login web page.

I thought, that I have not correct password, so I asked for new password ...
... but til now I didn't received email with new password... what is annoing, in your system it is already changed ....

Please help me to solve these problems.
