THE AUDIO DATA IN THE MPEG FILE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH.....
THE AUDIO DATA IN THE MPEG FILE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS PROGRAM... Is the error message I get when I try to burn a simple DVD. I outputted my file in MSP 8 to VCD and I want to put it on a DVD. Audio seems to be the issue here and I don't know why. How on Earth can it not be compatible with the program. This software is ticking me off. Ulead is charging all this money for us to buy this software and there are problems galore. I suggest they better start trying out their software LONGER before selling it...Anyways, what does this error message mean?

I had the same error message and I have the full retail version of Movie Factory 4 Disc Creator.
I had a TV program I had recorded on my JVC DVD recorder in VR mode and used the "Copy or Fit Disc" funtion to covert it to DVD-Video and I got this message. Had done about 50 discs of programs recorded from the TV in VR mode and never had a problem.
Ended up downloading the trial version on a seperate PC and it worked perfectly.

getting DVD FACTORY IN MSP8
I have a trial version but I doubt that has anything to do with this error I am receiving... what sense does that make?!?! cmon people!
I REALLY wish I could get Moviefactory 4 so that I can go right from MSP and burn a DVD/CD with my MSP8 project, but It won't appear in the export to options. Someone tried telling me how to do it but it didnt work of course. Now I have to output to a video file, then burn to a cd..instead of taking my finished MSP8 project and going directly to DVD factory...like Videostudio can do.. but Moviefactory is not appearing in MSP8... HELP!

MSP8 is complex, maybe exporting doing something different?
Are you choosing the SVCD or VCD template when exporting from MSP or creating your own template to do the exporting.
I have MSP7, others I know have MSP8. They have no problems exporting to various formats and importing into other programs or MF4.
Maybe something is wrong with the source files or a corrupt MF4 installation.
Reading your post you are exporting? You should be using create file or similar to create a compliant VCD or SVCD file.
