Video Studio 9 Continues to Shorten Movie Lengths

Nature of the problem: VS9 always shortens my video clips (whether 5 minutes or two hours).

Properties of your source files (format, file size, where did you get it?) .VOB files recorded by Pioneer DVD.

What devices are involved and their mode of connection?Only a DVD Recorder in my PC - Pioneer DVR-110.

Project Settings: Input format: NTSC; Output Format: PAL.

Output format (file, DVD, VCD, SVCD): DVD

PAL or NTSC: See above.

Error Codes (if any): None. Just a shortened clip. eg. Original is 1:37:16; Copy is 1:09:55.
