All,
Sorry if this is in the user manual, but the download for it keeps timing out. Anyway:
DVD MovieFactory V4
Every time I try to import a mpeg file into the program so I can burn it to dvd I get an error stating:
"The file [d:/blahblah.mpeg] contains no video data."
Why is this? The file plays fine in InterVideo WinDVD, and Windows Media player. So why will MF4 not import it? Is there a solution? (renaming it .mpg does not work). Thanks.
No video data found in mpeg?

I am having the SAME PROBLEM! I have about 8 issues with this stupid software but this is one of them. I went to input a video I just made with mediastudio pro 9.. I outputed an SVCD to file in MSP and I got the same message when importing it into DVD factory 4. How stupid is this software...the file contains video! I am so upset. Any solutions ULEAD?!

Yep, me too!
I just bought a Haupage WinTV USB this week and it came with DVD Movie Factory 3.0SE which I liked, so I bought and downloaded 4.0 today. Imagine my frustration (which you obviouly can) when I got the "no video in file" error that the rest of you have! -- I was able to use these same mpg files with 3.0SE, so I don't get it. I see nothing in the FAQs that mention this problem, which is so glaring I find it impossible to believe that Ulead isn't aware of it.
This isn't just a bug, it is a major design flaw! I absolutely can not use this software if it will not recognize a stantard format like MPG. Hell, if they missed this whopper what else is there to trip over?
By the way, it also will not recognize my Haupage (WinTV) driver, the same company that bundled their previous version!
ANYONE OUT THERE FROM ULEAD LISTENING?
