mpeg-4 plug in

I bought Ulead VideoStudio 9.0 because I wanted to use the VideoStudio 9 MPEG-4 Plug in for my Ipod, I downloaded the videostudio 9 and eveything seems to work fine. when I go to down load the VideoStudio 9 MPEG-4 Plug in, it ask me for my serial number which I provide but then I get a message that says

" this serial number can be used for this activity. only full, esd, and upg users can join this activity"

I bought the full software of VideoStudio 9.0 not the trailware

I did register VS9

can anyone help?

Did you register VS9 with Ulead?

You have to register your software with Ulead.

With Video Studio open, on the upper right is a "?" select it and then register.
After you have registered you should be able to download the plugin.

Sorry about all the redundent questions about registering.

Next step is to e-mail Ulead Tech Support and describe your problem, they will e-mail you an alternate address to download the plugin.
Have you tried the HDV plugin? It works the same way. If you can't download it and want it tell support that you can't download it either.

Ulead did infact send me a new link to download mpeg-4
