How to make a DVD movie using VS7 ?

I have VS 7 and a DVD Writer. I have edited and finalized my project. Now I want to know how do I make it a DVD movie. Can not burn the project using Nero directly. Is any MPEG 2 encoding reqiured ? I have CCE SP Encoder too. but I don't know how to use it with VS7. I don't see any MPEG 2 codec under vs 7 compression list. Can somebody tell me how do I go head with my project file ? The rendering procedure and all.

Dear Ron G,

Here are the problems I faced.
1. If you see the guide, under "EDIT PHASE" #4 Select File/project properties, click Edit and select NTSC DVD. In my case, there is no DVD options on the window. Only PAL VCD, NTSC VCD and MPEG 1are available. I don't know what is the problem. Do I need a MPEG 2 codec installed before starting ?

2. Under Burn DVD Phase #1 when I select new project the window automatically goes to my TV card and getting ready to capture. Also the menu under share window is not active. All the buttens are inactive.

I have VS 7 and I have registered my software too.

Kindly if any know please help
