Convert every time???
Once you've converted can you use the converted file to burn more copies? Or do you have to go through the "converting video" step every time? Thanks for your help

I'm having a little trouble understanding the question; I will answer what I think you asked.
Once you have rendered (ie, created a video file from your project), you have a full video file, in one piece, which contains all your edits etc. If you use that to burn a DVD for instance, you can certainly use it again. And again.
If multiple DVD copies are what you are after there are easier ways; just say if that's what you were looking at.

After the burn process is complete, you can insert another blank disk and click the Output button again to burn additional copies.
Another way to do this is to not output to your burner, but to write an ISO file instead, and to burn that as many times as needed with the Ulead VCD/DVD Disk Image Recorder utility.
