How do I uninstall PEX version 8.0 manualy?

Post by garybushman »

Do you people actually reply to any emails?

I have written Ulead Tech Support multiple times now and NO ONE replies.

I recently purchased your Ulead Photo Explorer 8.5 but when I try to install it, the installer tells me I need to uninstall the version 8.0 I have first.

When I try to uninstall Photo Explorer 8.0 it says " Installer has detected a previous version of Photo Explorer already installed in your system.
Please uninstall that version and try again
."

I AM TRYING TO UNINSTALL IT!!

How do I uninstall version 8.0 if your uninstaller tells me to uninstall it before it can uninstall it???

duh?? What??

You as confused as I am?

How do I uninstall PEX version 8.0 manualy? So I can install the new version I purchased.
