I'm trying the trial version of Movie Factory 4 to find out if it does everything I want and I came across an issue and want to know if someone in the forum knows an answer. I'm trying to insert an audio file into a DVD slide show just to see how its done in the program and the audio files I'm using are from my Apple ITunes library (.mp4 file extensions). Movie Factory 4 returns an error message "file format not supported" when I try to select one of these audio files. However, if I select an audio file that is in .WMA format, the Movie Factory 4 handles it fine.
Does anyone know if Movie Factory 4 supports audio files from ITunes or if there is some conversion that Movie Factory 4 needs to do first before it can properly handle ITunes files?

I would suggest that you have a look at all of the information that is available at...
http://www.ulead.com/dmf/runme.htm
In particular the list of input audio formats in...
http://www.ulead.com/dmf/dmf4_disccreator_features.pdf
which does no include MP4.
