Upgrade from VS8 or not?

Is it worth the money to upgrade from vs8 to media studio pro? I don't know how many overlay, audio etc tracks there are in media studio, and is smarttracks integrated like in video studio 8? Thanks!

overlay audio and video tracks in media studio is up to 99 each. definitly beats out videostudio on that front, but i think that for some reason smarttracks might not be in it, but you could always just use from vs8
