MPEG4 Download Problems

Post by cosbros »

Has anybody downloaded the free mpeg4 plug in from the ulead site? I have tried several times and not been successful. I have unblocked popups and made sure all sites are allowed etc but when I enter my serial number and click submit nothing happens!

Anyone got a suggestion?

You'll have to contact tech support and they'll give you a good link. You may have missed something.

Hi cosbros,

When you say that you click submit and nothing happens does it look like the page is trying to load?
Ulead's website is notorious for being slow.

The only other advice I can offer is, what I had to do, Disable my Firewall.

Regards :)

In addition to the previous replies, it is also a wise decision to use a download manager such as getright. This will then lock onto the link and will keep trying until it gets it.
