Videostudio 7 Registration problems
I've recently bought Videostudio 7 in bundle with Terratec Grabster DV200 card. Now I'd like to register my product in order to upgrade to Videostudio 9, but I get the error message: "sorry, this serial number is already registered", but I haven't registered anything yet! Can you help me?

Can't register VideroStudio
It seems to me that the company which bundled the VideoStudio you received is using copies of the same VideoStudio package which all have the same serial number. The first person to get it can register and everyone else finds that the serial number has already been registered. The same thing happened to me some time ago when I purchased software on Ebay. Anyway don't worry as by registering the product it gives you access to TECHNICAL HELP. I have NEVER received a reply to ANY problem posted to Ulead's Technical Help and I have a product which IS registered so don't worry. You will get more help from this forum than you will from Ulead.
