Compression Ratio

The same picture at the same size is compressing to about 1/10th the kb using PI-5 vs. PI-10. (i.e. 125pixel height picture with a compression ratio of 75% compresses to 45kb on PI v.10 and to 4.5kb on PI v.5.) It would be really nice to use the newer version, however, all the settings appear to be the same when using each version. The compression amount using Photoshop is similar to the PI v.10. This is the result for compressing the exact same picture, resized from about 5000 pixels to 125 using both versions. Is it possible to achieve the same compression using v.10?
