I'm thinking of switching from Pinnacle's Liquid Edition to MSP for editing video from my JVC GR-HD1 high definition camera. Liquid Edition has been very buggy for me, crashing all the time.
I saw in another post that people have had audio sync problems when capturing from the GR-HD1. The camera comes with a capture utility that works fine although it creates separate files for every cut. That utility creates .m2t files. Would I be able to import those .m2t files into Media Studio until the audio sync problem is resolved?
Before I buy another package, I want to make sure I will be able to use it with my camera.

Ulead HD Plugin works fine with all kind of flavours of HDV files.
You can use the files captured with JVC software in MediaStudio.
As you said, the only problem by the time is a sound lack after 15-30 minutes of capturing with videocapture.
I use The software that comes with the JVC to capture, and then edit on MediaSyudio.
Also the plugin works very fine with the Sony FX1 and this time with no sound lack on videocapture.
