Download of PI 11 (upgrade), won't open

I have just downloaded PI 11, followed the insturctions (this was an upgrade) I can't even run the program.
The message I get is as follows.
Porfile crashed. The last working profile will be used to run photo impact properly.

I hit the OK
The next message is
Loaded profile failed.
This sucks

Could anyone help me resolve this problem, I can't find anything on the site.

You may have a corrupted download. Try downloading again but shut down any background programs that are not needed. Don't wait too long because the download links for purchased ESD versions are only active for a few days. If the link does not work anymore you would need to contact the vendor for a new link.
