Which ulead 2? Movie Factory, Video Studio, something else?
Do you still have your old Hard Drive that contains a working copy of it. If so you could install the hard drive as a second drive in your computer.
Now you need to use the system BIOS to tell it to boot up from your old hard drive. It will however then ask for various driver disks for things like your sound card, video card and any peripherals you may have such as printers, modems, scanners etc.
Alternatively, it may be less troublesome to purchase the latest version.
