I'm working on a wedding reception project. Everything is working
well in the program and the editing. All of my editing looks and sounds
exactly the way I want it.

When I create a video file and then burn it to DVD or even play that
video file on my system using another player the audio in random areas
is not smooth like it is in the program. When cutting from scene to scene
I cross fade the audio or even go and create my own custom fades within
the timeline. Again they sound and work perfectly when playing it from
the timeline. When I play the DVD or the video file the fades are choppy,
or they are cutting some of the words or audio off. I have many of
these types of fades in my timeline. Some of them work perfectly on DVD
or in the video file. On my last project I had the reverse problem. I had
audio and video problems during playback with the software but when
I burned to DVD most of them cleared up. Ulead has never worked
consistantly for me. Every time I use it a new problem pops up. I capture
and edit the same way every time.

Yes, I have followed all of the recommended procedures. My system is
not connected to the internet.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance
for your time and advice.

TOM
