Does VS9 allow you to create DVD menus with animated backgrounds?

Hi Brian,
Yes you can use animated backgrounds for your DVD menu.
Just click on the Background icon, then on the drop-down menu, choose to set the Background Video. You can then browse to a video, several formats to choose from, on your computer.
