Paid and Downloaded full Version but can't get past Trial

Post by robertice »

I downloaded the trial program and was so impressed that I bought and downloaded the full version. However the only thing that runs is the trial version with its 10 picture limit. And of course I can't register. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Bpb

Hi Bob,

Did you install the registered version without first uninstalling the trial? If so, this could be the source of your problems. Try uninstalling the program, delete the "Ulead CD & DVD Picture Show 4" directory in your Programs folder (if it still remains), and clear your cache. Check to make sure all versions of PictureShow are removed and reboot your computer. Then, install the registered version.

Give that a try and see how it goes. If you're still having problems I can give you a link with instructions for a full "clean install".

Thanks for the help had to go to the complete version. Now the only problem is the burns work on my stand alone dvd player but not the computer dvd. The opening scene or menu starts but then I can't get it to continue to play the additional shots. Again...it works on a stand-alone player fine. Bob

On my PC, Windows Media Player 10 sometimes has trouble playing burned DVD's however Cyberlink PowerDVD 6 handles 'em with ease. If you have any other players installed give them a try and see if it makes any difference.
