Legal ed of Photo Express 4 SE. Have had for some time and used ok in not too distant past but had to reload everything due to mother/b crash. When try to start a box 'Server Busy' pops up and says 'This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.' When 'switch to' is clicked it just brings up the main 'start' window. In any case there are no other main apps running but there are about 25 items in the 'system tray'. The OS is WinXP SP2 and I am sure that worked ok with this before the system was re-loaded. Problem is that I don't know what the 'other' program could be???? I am far from a begginer but don't want spend a week clearing the HD and reloading bit by bit to see where the conflict is...!! Surely someone else has had the problem?Won't start.
