why does the technical support won't answer

I have problems with moviefactory and videostudio and I contacted the support. the first times i got an answer but the last week there is no answer of them. I have submitted several questions but no reply.

In my experience the email support is completely useless. (Response times measured in weeks and usefullness = zero.)

Some have reported reasonable results using phone contact.

The few times I needed to contact tech support by email, I had a response over night. Whom did you address your request to? Did you use the support link from the web site? Did you give sufficient info on your system, the problem you are having and error messages you got?

Are you sure your ISP is not treating ULEAD messages as SPAM?

Yes I gave sufficient info, I had to post my systeminfo. I think they don't now how to solve my problem. I bought moviefactory 4.0 and I installed i. When i wan't to use a mp3 everything blocks.
I have also videostudio and it worked 3 years fine till I installed moviefactory 4.0. I updated the patches and reïnstalled the programs with no result . I can't do anything anymore and that is the problem if there is an answer from the support then you can try again but with no answer you can get frustrated

why dont you try sending another case to them and put the your old case number on the subject?

that's what I did when i had the same problem before.
