can't play any mp3 in moviefactory

I bought moviefactory 4.0 a time a go and when I installed it stops when i whant to import mp3. I tried the patched, removing it with the same result. And if he once import it the sound is mutch faster (a song of 4 minutes he plays in 4 seconds). The other problem is that i have also videostudio 6.0 and it worked fine till i installed moviefactory 4.0 there I have the same problem.
