I did run the “un-official” patch and it didn’t make any change at all.
Nature of the problem: I've done a DVD and burned NTSC with no issues at all however I have tried too many times to count to burn a PAL for the person this original DVD was done for it won't complete it tells me "ULEAD has encountered an error" no error number or anything.
Properties of your source files (format, file size, where did you get it?) I am not sure where you want this from but will be happy to post again as soon as someone clarifies this. I will be at work until after 5pm (AZ).
What devices are involved and their mode of connection? The only thing I have running is ULEAD I shut everything else down and was not doing anything but the PAL burn.
Project Settings?
Default except for changing the title down to 9%.
Output format (file, DVD, VCD, SVCD)? DVD
PAL or NTSC: NTSC worked GREAT – PAL attempt will not burn.
Error Codes (if any)? None – just said error and has to shut down.
System information (please fill this up in your User Profile). I cannot find the specific type/brand of the components you are wanting.

I sent a help request to the Tech Support and in return I received a "we'll reply" and a coupon code. At this point in time why would I give them more of my money when what I've purchased doesn't work. Sorry, as you can tell I'm very frustrated with this whole situation I cannot think straight to answers all those questions I had to answer about what I'm using to make the CD/DVD that --- forget it --- no on reads this crap anyways.
