problem with the 16:9 ratio

Hi all. I've got a little problem while tryying to make a project. I have a 16:9 movie that I'd like to burn but when I import it in my project, it stetches to fit on a 4:3 screen. So, everything is disproportionate.

When I look at it in a 16:9 screen, same problem. I have 2 black side a my movie in a square.
How can I can I keep it a 16:9 ratio even in my 4:3 screen?

in DWS2.x, right-click on the title in your timeline, and select the Output Display Options.
