Cannot get URL from push file

I can not download anything from the Smart Download. I keep getting the error "Cannot get URL from push file." I have tried re-installing PI11 but still get the problem.

I have even tried removing my firewall and still no luck.

hey, i had exactly the same problem then i used this link http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm to download the bits i needed (like the stamps and things) and then it worked and i didnt have a problem, hope this works!!
