Just wondering if this is possible in Ulead DVD Workshop. I want to create a dvd menu, such that: My motion background would play for about 5 seconds and instead of having all the buttons appearing at once is it possible to have the buttons appear one after each other?
So like button 1 would appear first for a couple of seconds, then button 2 would appear beside it a couple of seconds after number 1 has completed and so on.
Is it possible to do this?

Another way is to duplicate the menu the number of times you have buttons.
So if you have 6 buttons you duplicate the menu so that there are 6 copies.
Now on the first menu include one hidden button and set your menu to activate this hidden button after 5 seconds.
That button activates menu 2.
Menu 2 has the first "revealed button" plus another hidden button.
Again it is set to activate the hidden button after 5 seconds. that hidden button will activate menu 3 which has yet another button revealed and so on.
One drawback is that if you want to include sound it will always start at the beggining of the sound file whenever a "new menu" is activated.
You could possibly get round that problem by editing the sound file so that each menu has a sound file that starts 5 seconds in from the previous.
