DVD's use MPEG2 files. It's ususal for people to use the full frame 720x576 for Pal & 720 x 480 for NTSC. There are other official MPEG2 sizes that many people are unaware of like making a file of 352 x 576 pixels.
I used this size to create a file from a video that wasn't of top quality. The hile is exactly 5 & 1/2 hours long & doesn't look too bad. It's at least as good as VHS. I created this file because it made sense to have all of this content together on one disk. I can play this file in several DVD players on my PC.
I burned a disk using another program. I still had some room on the disk to add menu's. I have tried to open the file in DMF 4 to add menus but can't get it to play. Does DMF 4 support the so called D2 frame size.
Does DMF 4 support D2 frame size.
