TrailActivation Codec has a serious error? WHAT?

We just downloaded the full version of Video Studio 9 from the trial version, yesterday. I'm now getting this error and the program will not open. "TrailActivation Codec has a serious error", We have uninstalled and reinstalled a handfull of times with no luck.

I have searched the database and didn't find anything similar to assist in this problem.

Anyone?

Had you first uninstalled the trial version before installing the download version?

ok... scratch that. On the phone with the husband. He went through the trial version and clicked "buy now" put in all the credit card info... got a "Thank You"... and then NOTHING? No place to download full version.

never mind, its much more involved. I'll have him get on here when he gets home.

Is there a way to RE-download the full version? We've been all over this site looking for how to download it from here. The purchase information is in our account...

Didnt you get an email from "Element 5" giving you a link to the download location plus your activation details?

Not sure if hubby got the email and such, but was in contact with someone last night who sent him a new link to download it and such. Its downloaded and installed.

Now the program opens and closes as soon as it is done with start up. WTF?
