video attributes problem have short deadline

I have some video downloaded from computer on cd
the attributes:
24 bits 320x240
and one
24 bits 640x480

am including in a DVD project, the show fine on computer
have it set for 24 bits 720x480
do I need to change project settings to get a good final
Can I change individual clip properties?
