Sony HDV plugin download

I have just bought VideoStudeo 9 because I wanted the Sony HDV plugin functionality. However when I try to download the plugin I am told that I do not have the right version VS 9. I find this puzzling as I have the full upgrade version. Anyone found the same problem when attempting the download?

You have to register your VS9 serial number with Ulead.
In VS9 on the upper right side is a ?, click on it to regeiser your serial number.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I have already done that. Any other ideas?

There was a problem with the HDV and MPEG4 downloads before, you should e-mail Ulead tech support and describe your problem. Some members were sent a different url to retreive the files.
