Smart download problem

After successfully installing VideoStudio 9 I attempted to download and install the content packs. After several attempts and reinstallations I finally selected just the first content pack part 1 to download. It indicated that it was approx. 170mb. After several attempts I am only able to download 12mb. Is there a more reliable way to download these files? Is there an ftp site that I can go to and download. Once it attempts to download whether it is successful or not smart download does not see content pack part 1 so I can't download it again. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Firstly I recommend using a "Download Manager" such as "GetRight"
