Hi Guys,

I have been trying to resolve a technical issue (MSP-8) via e-mail with Ulead support. Their response is very slow and not workable. I called their customer support phone number and worked through their msgs. When I get to the last item (press 1 to talk to a techie) I get dropped from the line. Any suggestions on how to contact a technical support "person" via telephone"?

They still do, you just have to look on the right webpage.

Don't forget to account for daylight savings time

Thanks, but that number 1 510 979 7118 drops the phone connection when I try to access a person on the technical support side. Will try again today and see what happens.

I have been trying to get in touch with a person using the 510 and the older number 310...but no one!! I've been tryin for 1 week now. I don't understand it!!
