Hi Guys,
I have been trying to resolve a technical issue (MSP-8) via e-mail with Ulead support. Their response is very slow and not workable. I called their customer support phone number and worked through their msgs. When I get to the last item (press 1 to talk to a techie) I get dropped from the line. Any suggestions on how to contact a technical support "person" via telephone"?
