VS9 Crash Create Video File

hey all, was having some trouble with my VS9...all in all it seems like a great program. However now when i go to create an avi or mpeg file to send to my family via email, i click on the create video option in the video wizard and the program crashes. I have Windows Media Player 10 installed. dont know if that helps any but anyone have an idea as to whats wrong?
