I have photoimpact 11 with full updates...

I have got 4500 images that i need to ad a piece of text accross the middle of each one like a watermark stamp to kinda copy right it.....

I've tried to use the batch convert macro thing, but it dosnt seam to record me adding text etc.... all i can manage to get it to do is to convert 10 images at once so they all have a blur lol

Anyone know a way around it, id be very very greatful...

Thanks

I'll respond to this because I don't want Heinz to give you a blast for not providing enough information or something along those lines.

The Batch Convert tool isn't a macro tool for editting files within the workspace and applying changes within those files. It is primarily used for batch converting them to other formats. I'll give you an example. Like changing 10 True Color Windows Bitmaps with the extension (*.bmp) into another format such as Indexed 256 Color Graphics Interchange Format with the extension(*.gif). Alternatively you can Batch Open multiple files to the workspace and there is where you will have edit them. Batch Convert is limited only to converting certain graphics files with a particular extension into another graphics format or opening multiple files to the workspace ........ that is it. Using the Quick Command Panel after you have Batch Opened the files to the workspace will help you to achieve your goal. Use the Help Menu in PhotoImpact to understand the functions of the Quick Command Panel. If you are not sure or still don't understand how it works you can PM(Private Message) me and I will give you a run down of how to use it for your task. Merry Christmas.
