Remaster from 4:3 to 16:9

Hi

I have been given a video to Remaster from 4:3 to 16:9. From what I worked out (using a aspect ratio calc) I need to create the video in 720x768 instead of 720 x 576. However MSP8 or VS9 will not let me specify any Frame Size I want it defaults to 720 x 576.

How can I specify a used defined size or is there a better way to remaster from 4:3 to 16:9.

You've posted this in two forums are you using Video Studio or Media Studio?
