I have a .wmv file from which I made a DVD-RW. When that disk played okay, I burned a regular disk. For some reason, Ulead when back through the whole process of converting the content. Should it have been save and re-used? It sure wastes a lot of time.

Also, after a disk finishes burning, is there a way to prevent Player from popping? I test in a DVD player, not on the computer.

You have two options:

Simply copy the DVD/RW to a DVD-R. Use Movie Factory's Copy Disc feature, or use your other DVD burning software. If you only have one DVD drive it will take a little longer 'cause it has to copy it to the hard drive first.

On the Burn screen, click Create DVD Folders. This will create VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders on you hard drive. Then you can simply copy these folders to a DVD.
