I want to convert videos to run on ipod. I had videostudio 8. Got an email from ulead today that said upgrade to videostudio 9, download the free mpeg 4 and ipod patches and it will work....
So I have today paid 24.99 to download the upgrade software.
I have installed it no problem.
I have registered it no problem.
I have found the page to download the mpeg 4 software, login and put my serial number in and nothing happens....
As to the free ipod software patch which the email said was essential, I can not even find it?????
HELP !!! I have paid for product, all I want is to now use it....

Or, for problems like "I can't download what I paid for..." you can call Customer Service at 510-979-7118.
Hmmm... I did a Google search of ulead.com for ipod, and the only hit I got was related to InterVideo WinDVD.
Didn't the ipod come with software? Or, is that an option? Since the ipod requires a particular format, I would expect Apple would be the best source for conversion software.
